ZeroFit removes the hardest part of working out — the thinking. Answer two questions and ZeroFit builds a follow-along workout for exactly how you feel right now.
The hardest part of working out is everything before it. You open the app meaning to move, and ten tiny choices later you've closed it again, having done nothing.
That's decision fatigue, and it's the reason most people who mean to exercise never start.
So we do the choosing for you.
One app. The day decides which one you open.
Two questions: how you feel, how long you've got
5 to 60 minutes, to the minute
With or without gear
See Train ↓Say what's going on: stressed, foggy, restless, drained, overwhelmed, wired or sleepy
1, 3 or 5 minutes
Seated, where you already are
See Quick Reset ↓Say what would help
Gentle moves you do without getting up
Night or day
See Bedside ↓The full workout. Standing, floor work, with or without gear.
Spent and Fired up do not get the same twenty minutes. On a Spent day the session stays below threshold: slower moves, longer holds, nothing that adds to the load. On a Fired up day it runs to the top of your range. Every other app asks your goal once and hands you the same plan on both days.
Bodyweight is always on. Add dumbbells, a band or a kettlebell and the session rebuilds around what you have. Nothing is locked behind equipment you do not own.
Warm-up, work, cool-down, packed to the minute you asked for. Five minutes is three moves in one round. Sixty is a full standing session.
Loosen a stiff neck, shake off a slump, de-stress between meetings. Try the Desk reset now.
Three moves, sixty seconds each.
Open Bedside, say what would help, and swipe through gentle moves you do without getting up. Night or day.
No timer. No progress bar. No finish line. It ends when you stop.
61 moves, every one of them doable lying down.
The distance between thinking and doing is two taps.
How much time do you have, and how are you feeling? That's the whole input.
It weighs your mood, energy, time and history, then lays out a minute-by-minute plan.
A real follow-along video guides you. No counting, no guessing. Just move.
Every other app assumes you're already in the habit. This one doesn't.
Shrink the decision, make starting effortless, and reward showing up instead of punishing absence. That's the difference between an app that nags you and one that fits your life.
In one study of 2,771 real users, 80% of a fitness app's sessions were gone by month three. We designed ZeroFit to be the one you keep.
ZeroFit is a fitness app for people who want to start but get stuck at the deciding. It asks just two things: how you're feeling, and how much time you can spare today. Then it takes care of the rest.

No. Bodyweight is always on, and if you have dumbbells, bands or a kettlebell you tap them in.
Those apps made you choose everything, then made you feel behind. ZeroFit just removes the deciding.
No. ZeroFit does not use AI. Your session comes from fixed rules, designed and checked by people, so what you get is never a random guess. With your body involved, we would rather be safe and predictable than clever.
Especially. Whether it's your first day ever or your first day back, ZeroFit builds a safe, full-body session for you. You don't need to know a single exercise or how to program one.
